While you’re out and about swing by Vicki’s Veggies! She’d love to see you! http://www.vickisveggies.com/Home.html
“Now that winter is finally over its time to celebrate the first harvest of the spring in Prince Edward County…MAPLE SYRUP!”
“A long-standing, famed Canadian tradition, hard work defines maple syrup – proven by the fact that it takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of liquid.
Bring the whole family to celebrate the labor of our maple producers with family friendly programming taking place all weekend in partnership with The Hubb Child and Family Center.
When the pancakes are finished, come out to the First SUGAR SHACK SHIN DIG. Held on the historic grounds of Macaulay Heritage Park, shake the dirt off your farm boots on the dance floor and enjoy a local dinner prepared by Chef Matt DeMille.
Enjoy the end of winter and the beginning of warmer days ahead by celebrating our sweetest tradition… Maple in the County!”

P.S. Happy Spring!!
