“A long-standing, famed Canadian tradition, hard work defines maple syrup – proven by the fact that it takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of liquid.

Bring the whole family to celebrate the labor of our maple producers with family friendly programming taking place all weekend in partnership with The Hubb Child and Family Center.

When the pancakes are finished, come out to the First SUGAR SHACK SHIN DIG. Held on the historic grounds of Macaulay Heritage Park, shake the dirt off your farm boots on the dance floor and enjoy a local dinner prepared by Chef Matt DeMille.
