There has to be at least 100 reasons why that statement is true. And yes, you could say I am biased. But it’s no lie he’s a pretty interesting dude. For the sake of time, let’s just talk about one of my favourites.
My Dad has an ice boat. For those of you who aren’t familiar…it has skates, it has a sail and holy Dina catch a good wind its fast!
He’s out on the bay today. It’s such a beautiful day. He’s thinking about selling it, which is sad cause he really loves it, but it is a lot of work. So off to the bay we go, camera in hand, to get some photos for the ol’ scrap book.
Several years ago he built a side-car for it so that my mom or I could ride too…ice-cracking, wind-blowing jolly good fun. Until he puts it up on 2 skates round a corner, leaving you up in the air, and you think to yourself ‘if at this very moment I pee my pants, cause it could literally scare the piss out of you, I’ll freeze to the boat and that’s just not cool’. But it’s so much fun!! (riding in the side-car not peeing your pants).
