Holy Dina, where has the time gone? I feel like it’s been so long, I don’t really know where to begin… It’s been a busy year and a half to say the least. In the spirit of a new year, let me bring you up to speed with this top 3 countdown!
3. We had to say goodbye to our sweet Olivia :( One of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. She was my girl. Olivia needed so much more attention than we could give and it just wasn’t fair for her to be cooped up all day while we worked. We found her a very loving home on a 300 acre farm where she can run like the wind. We get regular updates and she is doing great. She’s a spoiled girl and rightfully so.
2. This one’s pretty exciting. I GOT CHICKENS! Oh my goodness I’m in love, haha. Who knew that chickens could bring so much joy? And I’ve learned so much; I’ve never googled anything as much as I have chickens!
And #1, trumpets and confetti please…
Dan and I became parents! We have a beautiful little girl and we just couldn’t be happier. We are so in love. She’s so lovely and makes each day a new adventure. I’ll refer to her as E or Chickadee. She’s a red head like Daddy and has big blue eyes like me. We are three peas in a pod.
Life’s been busy, but I wouldn’t change a thing! Oh wait, I’d blog more. Glad to be back.
